An interior design concept for metro car
The goal of this organically- shaped design is to provoke positive energy and inspiration and to create a relaxing travel experience.
The main unit is a 2-sided sitting module made out of highly reflective fiberglass surface, the styling of which brings both sense of movement and comfort to the space. The functional sitting length is 6 meters per unit.
The aesthetic running trajectories on the floor prompt possible walking paths. Handrails along the walls, mimicking the shapes of the lighting fixtures, are attractively shaped and functional for both children and adults. In addition, elliptical handrails located above each sitting unit provide extra support.
